Crossing border from Chile to Argentina

I've been travelling now for 3 months, 1 in Colombia, 1 in Bolivia, 1 in Chile, and now I was crossing the border by bus to spend 2 months in Argentina. I'd heard about the recent conflict between Britain and Argentina but thought it best not to bring up the subject.
