While we were sporting trainers, dri-fit clothing and backpacks, lots of Columbian families including small kids were making their way to the campsite to spend the night wearing flipflops and carrying plastic bags and ice-chests . Some kids rode horseback but they were real troupers ´cause some of the terrain was challenging. These people love to have fun and will go to any lengths to do it, with or without the right footwear which is very expensive here.

Last leg of the trek
While we were sporting trainers, dri-fit clothing and backpacks, lots of Columbian families including small kids were making their way to the campsite to spend the night wearing flipflops and carrying plastic bags and ice-chests .
