Salsa in the Street

We knew we were going to like this place when we read that during the February carnival in closeby Barranquilla (biggest outside Rio) "4 days of partying are compulsory by LAW" (Gordon Brown's got a lot to learn). There's salsa music playing everywhere and we've been tickled by the way people just spontaneously break out into dance.
