Crocodile Hunting

The Aussie boys decided they wanted to go crocodile hunting at night and offered the boatman a handsome amount of pesos to take them out. They talked me into joining them (when else would I have such an opportunity?!) so we slipped out surreptitiously as this was strictly against the rules. The boys shone their torches into the banks of the river and it was easy to spot the caimans' eyes shining brightly like beacons in the blackness. The driver was very adept at lassooing the crocs and pulling them out of the water - I was assured they were quite docile and so agreed to have a hold before releasing them back into the dark water.
